MOICO makes walkie talkies for the moments when a phone isn't the right tool. A dead zone on a hiking trail, two cars on the same road trip, kids playing at the far end of the campground, a busy cruise ship where calls cost money: in each case you just want to press a button and be heard. That is the whole idea behind our radios, and it is why we keep the range focused on one well-sorted design instead of a crowded catalog.
Every MOICO set is built on the same FRS radio. It covers 22 channels and 99 privacy codes, so a family can find a quiet combination even in a crowded place. Push-to-talk is a large side button; switch on VOX and the radio transmits when you speak, with three sensitivity levels to match a calm campsite or a windy ridge. A green back-lit screen shows the channel, code and battery at a glance, and a built-in LED flashlight lights a tent zip or a dark path back from the lake.
We kept the controls simple on purpose. Six volume levels, ten call tones, channel scan and a keypad lock cover what a family actually uses, without menus that need a manual on the trail. The radios run on four AAA batteries each, which you can buy almost anywhere or swap for rechargeables, and a detachable belt clip keeps them on a strap or pocket.
Choose a 2-pack for two people or two cars, or the 4-pack when the whole group needs to stay on one channel. Orange, yellow, blue, black, green and silver sets all work together, so it is easy to give everyone their own color and add more radios later.
